By visiting or booking services at Payton’s Place, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies help us provide a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments are recommended and may be booked online, by phone, or in person. Walk-ins are accepted when available. A valid phone number may be required to confirm appointments.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling to accommodate other guests.
Payments
We accept cash and major payment methods. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon so we may address your concern. No refunds are provided for completed services.
Health & Safety
For your safety, please inform your service provider of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment. Payton’s Place is not responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
Children & Guests
Children are not permitted unless receiving services and must be supervised by an adult at all times. Additional guests may be limited due to space and safety considerations.
Personal Belongings
Payton’s Place is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.
Photography & Media
By visiting Payton’s Place, you may consent to photography or video taken for marketing purposes unless you notify staff otherwise.
